How To Merge Your GetGo Points With Go Rewards And Enjoy More Savings

• Good news for GetGo members! Your points will now be under Go Rewards, the ultimate rewards partner.

  With GetGo merging with Go Rewards, existing GetGo users will retain all their accumulated points over the years. In addition, points earned before January 1, 2020, have been allocated to your Cebu Pacific Travel Fund, with a PHP 0.30 per GetGo Point conversion.

  Points earned from January 1, 2020, onwards will become Go Rewards points at a conversion of 0.3 Go Rewards points per GetGo point.

  GetGo members should have received an email with details of the conversion/travel fund details from Cebu Pacific.

  How to merge your GetGo account with Go Rewards

  To check your travel fund, log in to your Cebu Pacific account. To see your new Go Rewards points, merge your GetGo account with your existing GetGo membership. Click here to begin your journey or download the free app via Play Store, App Store, or Huawei App Gallery.

  1. Under the “Home” tab, tap on “Merge Cards” on the dashboard. A separate window will pop up. Tap on “Merge Card” to add a card.
  2. Select “GetGo” and type your 10-digit GetGo Card Number. Next, agree to the Go Rewards Terms and Conditions and tap “Confirm” to proceed.
  3. A code will be sent via SMS to the registered mobile number. Enter the code and tap “Continue” to finish.

  If you don’t have an existing Go Rewards account, here’s what to do:

  1. Download the Go Rewards app on App Store or Play Store. 
  2. Choose “Yes, I have a card” and tap on the “Link My Card” button.
  3. Enter your 10-digit GetGo Card Number, Last Name, Email Address, and Mobile Number. Then, tap on “Confirm.”
  4. A code will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile number. Enter the code and tap “Continue.”
  5. Assign a strong password to secure your account.
