Bagets! Aiko Melendez Continues To Look ‘Blooming’ In Her Latest Photos

• Actress and politician Aiko Melendez is ‘blooming’ in all her Instagram photos lately. More and more, she looks like an “Ate” in her photos with her children — Andre Yllana, 22, and and Marthena Jickain, 14—instead of their mother. In particular, netizens can’t help but notice how her Marthena is looking so much like mom.

  In an Instagram post last week which shows her flanked by her two children, she writes, “My Life” and tags her daughter and son’s IG handles. The 45-year-old also thanked a clothes brand for the ‘sweaties’ she was wearing that day which she paired with ripped jeans, making her pal and actress Ruffa Guittierez comment, “Bagetssss” and embellishing it with Heart-Eyes emojis.

  

  Fellow celebs Maricar De Mesa and Alessandra De Rossi also couldn’t help but throw in some heart emojis her way. Many followers on the other hand expressed how the actress has been inspiring them to lose some weight, too, to which Aiko would reply with encouraging heart-eyes or heart emojis.

  The mom of two also posted a recent photo with her celebrity friends, Gelli de Belen and Carmina Villarroel, which prompted netizens to comment that the three seemed to not age at all! One fan wrote, “Parang teenagers lang. Pretty pa rin.”

  

  Back in June, Aiko revealed that she was working hard to lose some weight and her latest Instagram photos are proof that she is significantly slimmer. Thanks to a ‘line of keto and vegetarian choices’ plus ‘regular exercises and a cacao drink’ that keeps her healthy and younger looking, Aiko is radiating beauty inside and out. Surely, being in a happy relationship with politician-boyfriend Jay Khonghun is a big factor as well.

  Aiko shared in one of her posts, “I’m happy to inspire a lot of people who almost gave up on their weight loss journey. It is never too late.”

  She added, “So sa lahat ng nag-message sa akin, salamat! Mahirap pero kung gugustuhin, kakayanin natin ‘yan! Good luck on your weight loss journey!”
