It may be a little earlier than expected, but Miriam Quiambao’s wish of giving birth at full term has come true. Today, the former beauty queen shared that she has given birth to her second child and is a new mom at 46!
On her Instagram account, the mom of three announced that she gave birth to their “miracle baby,” Ezekiel Isaiah at 37 weeks and 1 day on Monday evening, July 12, 2021. He weighed seven pounds and 1 oz with a length of 50 cm. He also perfected the APGAR score at 9 out of 9.
“Thank you to all of you who prayed and journeyed with us this far. Do keep us in your prayers as we transition into a new season of our family life,” Miriam wrote in the caption.
Accompanying the post was a family photo with Miriam, her husband Ardy Roberto and their newborn. Though she had just given birth, the new mom looked radiant and beautiful!

On his Instagram account, new dad Ardy also left the sweetest note for their newborn. He shared the meaning of the name “Ezekiel,” which means “God strengthens.” He also shared how he felt as he watched his wife give birth to their son via Cesarean section.
“As I watched him being literally pulled out of his Mommy’s tummy by our OB Maestra, Dra. Becky, I was overwhelmed by God’s presence that felt like a tidal wave of love rushing over my heart and mind,” the dad wrote. “Tears, shouts of euphoria, and a hand that couldn’t keep my camera steady were the results.”
Ardy also recalled that while they were “navigating parenting in a pandemic” last year with their two boys, Joshua and Elijah, Miriam casually walked up to him during breakfast and showed him a pregnancy stick that showed a positive result.

“What good could come out of a pandemic? Lives lost, businesses closed, stories of conspiracies and corruption filled our minds.”
Despite the challenging year, Ardy says that the birth of his son proves that good things can still happen even while we are in a pandemic.
“For those who’ve lost loved ones, who’ve lost businesses, or who’ve lost their minds at one point [or] another during this pandemic, remember, what the enemy has meant for evil, God can use for good.
“He turns disasters into masterpieces. He turns your tears of grief into a new leaf.
“He can even turn a heart of stone into a heart of flesh. I know that when I look at my new son’s little chubby face.
“Thank You Lord for this little miracle boy. Thank You Lord for being the strength of our hearts.”
