Nico Bolzico On Dream House With Solenn: ’95 Percent Of The Decisions Were Made By Her’

• Celeb couple Solenn Heussaff and Nico Bolzico are currently *building* their dream house! In a video posted by Mundo Design + Build in May, we see Nico and Solenn during the groundbreaking ceremony of their soon-to-be home in Alabang.

  Solenn shared that they wanted a bigger space + a garden, especially now that they have their daughter Thylane. “We really wanted to have our own place, and since I was a kid, I’ve had this dream house and how I wanted things to be done. So we decided to look for a lot and to make sure that we have enough space for [a] garden.” Nico said that this is the first time they’re building something in their whole lives!

  Nico joked that for the house’s design, it was all Solenn. “It’s really a reflection of our marriage because 95 percent of the decisions were made by her!”

  Solenn added: “I know his taste, we’re both pretty much alike. We like things with more simplicity, we don’t want things that are too over the top.”

  They wanted a lot of natural light and ventilation + their own private rooms. She joked: “I also asked for a special room in the basement to lock him in if I need to.”

  The house is expected to be ready in a year and four months. Nico *predicted* that they’ll have a second baby on the way by the time the house is finished, to which Solenn replied: “Woah, hold your horses.”
