Sitti has given birth to her second child!
The Bossa Nova queen gave birth to her daughter, Osseah Lucille Ramirez, yesterday, September 23, 2021 at 11:12 p.m. via emergency Cesarean section.
“She’s here. Osseah Lucille Ramirez. Born Sept 23, 2021 at 11:12pm. Weighing 5 lbs and 8 ounces, perfectly healthy! With an APGAR score of 9.9. Thank You, Jesus,” the new mom wrote.
In her Instagram stories, the singer shared that she was due to give birth on Monday, September 27. But after she experienced vomiting yesterday, Sitti’s OB-GYN told her to go in for a checkup as it might be a sign of early labor.

“[Osseah’s] heart rate decelerated to around 90bpm (beats per minute) after a strong contraction of 100 in the tocometer (which didn’t feel strong for me at all hehe). So my OB said we would undergo emergency CS that very same day,” the mom writes.
Sitti shares she had to do a repeat RT-PCR — with faster results but a a higher rate of Php10,000+ — “kasi kailangan talaga muna malaman kung positive or negative ako before I undergo CS.” After getting the negative result in a few hours, she was wheeled to the OR for surgery.

Sitti describes Osseah, whom they have nicknamed Lucybubs, as having a strong and good latch (“a far cry from how it was with Lilibubs”) and “hindi masyadong fussy kaya nakapagpahinga ako.”
Sitti and Joey were overjoyed at the thought that they now have two daughters. “Sino makapag-iisip na nahirapan kami ‘makaubo’? Wala talagang imposible sa Panginoon,” Sitti shares.
The singer previously revealed that conceiving did not come easy for her and her husband, saying that they’ve been trying since 2016. Conceiving her first child, Issiah Danelle or Lilibubs, was an uphill battle.
Sitti was diagnosed with “unexplained fertility,” as well as PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) and APAS (Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome). She had to undergo different fertility treatments but ended up getting pregnant naturally. Because of the different issues, she must deal with, she considers her children her little miracles.
She first announced that she was pregnant with their second child back in April 2021, saying in an Instagram post, “Our pasalubong from Bacolod. Our surprise gift from the Lord.”

It’s another girl. Honestly ako basta healthy siya and umabot kami ng 37 weeks, hindi mahalaga saken ang gender.”
Sitti got fully vaccinated before giving birth, getting her second shot on her 32nd week of pregnancy. She stated that “This is the best decision for me and our baby.”
The singer gave birth to her first child, Lilibubs, back in 2018. She’s probably so thrilled to have a baby sister!
Congratulations to Sitti and her growing family!
