Better Safe Than Sorry! 5 New Products That Aim To Provide Extra Protection Against Viruses

• Just a week after the Department of Health (DOH) confirmed the local transmission of the highly contagious Delta variant of the COVID-19 virus, the number of new cases has been steadily rising.

  That’s why some parts of the country, including the National Capital Region (NCR), have been placed under general community quarantine (GCG) with “heightened restrictions.” Health officials also remind the public to continue following the protocols to avoid spreading and catching the deadly virus.

  Face masks and face shields should still be worn especially in public places while avoiding crowds and observing social distancing.

  Manufacturing companies of medical supplies have developed new products to provide extra protection against the virus. MedTecs International Corp. Ltd., for instance, has recently launched its Shield Collection that Medtecs describes as anti-viral. It has the following:
