We love confident women who aren’t afraid to flaunt what they’ve got, especially if it’s the result of determined hard work. And few can beat the ever-alluring Ellen Adarna when it comes body confidence.
The actress recently set Instagram ablaze with a sultry post showing off her toned #mombod.
Ellen, wearing a nude bra and light blue underwear, even followed up her mirror selfie with a clip of her posing for the shot with the caption, “Keep your distance,” written below.
Ellen’s jaw-dropping physique is thanks to months of strict exercise and cardio work, which she began documenting on social media in April of 2020. She loves jumping rope and she has shown off the tricks she’s mastered on her social media.

Her fiance, Derek Ramsay, was so speechless that he could only show his appreciation through a series of emojis.
The two publicly announced their engagement last March 2021 when Ellen posted photos of herself wearing her pear-shaped diamond ring, alongside the 44-year-old actor.
Other personalities at least managed to form a word or two, complete with the fire emoji.

Ellen gave birth to Elias, her son with former partner John Lloyd Cruz, in 2018. Though she held off during his early years, Ellen now occasionally shares snaps of her adorable 2-year-old on her social media.

“My son needs him as much as he needs me. I see their relationship and I see how happy my son is when he is around,” she said. “So that’s why I also have to work on myself.
“Because when I had my issues with JL, [I thought], okay, if I don’t allow my son to see his father, how will I tell him [it’s] because I had animosity towards [his] father? Damay pa yung bata sa mga issues ko.”
