Hidilyn Diaz Doesn’t Have To Buy Anything For Her New P14-Million Home

  • Hidilyn Diaz just needs to move into her new home in Eastwood without worrying about furniture or even cooking stove.

Not only is her home situated in a high-rise condominium, but the two-bedroom unit is fully furnished already, including appliances! The P14-million gift is from Megaworld and real estate tycoon Dr. Andrew L. Tan.

“All that Hidilyn and her family need to do is just bring their clothes and other personal effects, and they are good to stay in the unit,” says Kevin L. Tan, chief strategy officer of Megaworkd and son of Dr. Tan.

Hidilyn and Megaworld’s Kevin Tan are holding a commissioned charcoal painting by John Ken Gomez. It has a message from Megaworld that says: “Thank you for lifting up our country up high.”

Tan welcomed Hidilyn to her home today, August 9, 2021. “We are excited to welcome her and her family and loved ones to Eastwood City, particularly in this newest residential condominium tower in our first-ever township.

“She has brought so much pride to our country, and she deserves all these rewards for her hard work in raising our flag so high in the Tokyo Olympics.”

The unit is housed in One Eastwood Avenue, the newest 47-storey residential condo tower in Eastwood city.

Hidilyn doesn’t even have to buy appliances anymore. Megaworld says Hidilyn can practice at One Eastwood Avenue’s fitness center. Other amenities for residents: badminton court, lap pool, sky gardens, and yoga room.
