Enrollment is similar to how it was in 2020. However, since the country is under different quarantine classifications, please note how you should enroll your child.

We’re under ECQ / MECQ now. How do I enroll my kid?

DepEd says in its Facebook post announcement that it will be a remote enrollment for places under ECQ and MECQ.

For the Modified Learner Enrollment and Survey Form (MLESF), please send it through contact details published by the school whether via phone call, text, SMS, social media, or online. Scroll down for the form.

We belong to a location under GCQ / MGCQ. How do I enroll my child?

Please submit the MLESF in person to the school nearest your home. According to DepEd, teachers and school personnel who will manage enrollment in GCQ and MGCQ areas must be “preferably vaccinated” or have a dropbox ready outside of school to maintain a no-contact policy.

Early registration was conducted on March 26 for kindergarten, Grades 1, 7 and 11. Students in Grades 2 to 6, 8 to 10, and 12 were considered registered at the time and did not have to participate for the early registration.

During enrollment, parents of students in Grades 1-6, 8-10, and 12 students, Balik-Aral enrollees and ALS enrollees will be contacted by the school, probably by the same school advisers.

For transferees, please contact the new school directly. Your child’s previous school adviser will no longer be involved in your child’s transfer.
