Moms in our Facebook group, the Smart Parenting Village, could not contain their joy when they heard the news that Stevin John, the actor who plays Blippi, recently got engaged to his long-time girlfriend Alyssa Ingham.
The two shared the good news on Instagram and fans of the show just couldn’t help but celebrate with them.
In case your kids haven’t seen him yet, Blippi appears in entertaining and educational videos that help teach children colors, letters, and animals among others.
His signature blue and orange outfit has become a popular choice for children’s Halloween costume.
Moms even “complain” that because of Blippi, they have to sleep with toy garbage trucks, excavators, tractors, wrenches, and dinosaurs! “Mas nauna pa nga nilang natututunang i-spell ang Blippi kaysa sa pangalan nila,” the moms joked.
Parents also share that the “Blippi stage” often comes after the “Cocomelon stage”. “Pati pagligo, kasama namin ang mga trucks at panghukay niya,” one mom shared.
